Overview

Mindfulness is the practice of intentionally focusing one's attention on the present moment without judgment. It involves being fully aware of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and the surrounding environment. Mindfulness helps you to observe your experiences without getting caught up in them, allowing for greater clarity and understanding. By cultivating mindfulness, you can develop a deeper sense of self-awareness and enhance your overall well-being.
In this lecture, Philippe will cover the basics of Mindfulness, highlight its potential benefits and give a basic guided mindfulness meditation of about 20 minute
s at the end.
