BRA members benefit from access to the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) register — the UK’s government-supported voluntary regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. The CNHC register is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care, providing reassurance to the public and recognition for practitioners.
The BRA verifies member applications for CNHC registration, which can be completed easily via the members’ login area.
We are proud to be a core member of the Integrated Healthcare Collaborative (IHC), a coalition of leading professional associations working together to expand access to complementary, traditional, and natural healthcare.
Through this collaboration, the BRA actively advocates for greater integration between complementary therapies and conventional healthcare, helping to improve patient choice, safety, and outcomes.
