Overview
Many patients present with symptoms ranging from mild inflammation to acute joint inflammatory pain, which can be debilitating. Unfortunately, they often progress to needing medication support and potentially surgery.

Clare will present the diet and lifestyle improvements patients can make to support their joint health, and discuss a variety of supplements which may help alleviate the pain and inflammation associated with these degenerative disorders.
